1. What are the requirements for the computer?

Easy Windows OS computers are preferred. The following requirements can be matched up with a standard new personal computer nowadays.

Operating System(OS): Windows 7, 8 or 10, Windows Server 2008, 2012 etc, or Apple MacBook
HDD: 100GB or more
CPU: Intel I5, I7 or above.
Memory(RAM): no less than 4GB

2. Can Smart TCM software be installed in a Mac?

Yes

3. Can I add new practitioner profile?

Yes. There is no restrictions on the number of practitioners can be set up in the software.

4. Can multiple practitioners use the software simultaneously?

Yes. Once all the computers in a clinic are network connected (which are true most the cases nowadays), the practitioners can use the software from different computers in individual consultation rooms simultaneously.

5. I have a few computers in my clinic, can all the computer use the software?

Yes. The only requirement is to network connect these computers together either wired or wireless.

6. Does the software need to be installed in all computers in my clinic?

No. The software is only required to be installed in one computer, which should be the most powerful one from hardware perspective.

7. Can I request to install the software to more than one computer?

No, unless you are willing to pay extra license fees.

8. What are the warranty terms and service support terms?

Normally 12 months free upgrade, unless otherwise special agreement in place.
